Ultimate Tic-Tac-Toe

Simple implement of ultimate tic-tac-toe in GMS2

Rules

• The  first to get three in a row for three boards in a row wins
• Each move you make dictates which board the other player must play in (ex. starts by placing X on the top left board in the middle space, the other player must now place an O in the center board only)
• If you score three in a row in one board, that board is marked as finished and can no longer be played
• You can move anywhere only for the first turn or if your move results in the other player jumping to a finished board
